Toast in the oven with vegetables

4 brown bread slices
3 medium onions
3 tablespoons white sauce
Salt to taste
Teaspoon black pepper
Mozzarella cheese

Modus operandi
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. 
 bake the bread in two sides and set it aside after that Put onions and parsley and a large  tablespoon  of oil in the some non-stick pan ,then add the white sauce and Parmesan cheese directly in pan
Add salt, crushed pepper and mix well,
 then the mixture is placed on each bread slice
Put mozzarella cheese slice into thick boxes on the onion mixture. Sprinkle with red pepper and grilled sliced bread in the preheated oven until the cheese melts.
Cut bread into triangles and serve immediately.

turkich pizza



A very popular and widely famous traditional Turkish dish,this is usually eaten with lots of salad,it is based on a thin pastry stuffed with a mixture of meat and vegetables

-Ingredients for the dough
3 cups flour
2 tsp. fry yeast
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
-Ingredients for the topping
350 g  of ground beef
1 big size onion
2 big size tomatto's 
5 or 6 branches parsley
2 minced italian peppers
2 tsp. Tomato paste
2 tsp. Pepper paste
2 tsp. Red pepper flakes
½ tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Salt

notice:
for the topping
mix alll the ingredients of the topping together into a large bowl  
for the dough
Mix the dry ingredients first, flour, dry yeast,sugar and salt slowly add a cup of warm water knead the ingredients when you finish cover it and leave for around an hour it to rise

Molokhia of Tunisian cuisine



Molokhia  of dishes that are specific to more than one country, including tunisia 
Ingredients:
150 ml olive oil
70 g Molokhia dry ground
1/2 liter of boiling water
Teaspoon red pepper
Teaspoon Curcuma
Teaspoon harissa
500 g Veal
5 beads garlic, crushed
4 Rand papers
How to prepare
Heat the oil in a large pot for cooking, add the onions 
Add the Molokhia into the large pot and then move it to 4 minutes on low heat
In another bowl, mix the meat with spices and garlic.
then  add boiling water on the Molokhia,add rand papers then let all boil for 30 minutes

Then add the meat  with spices and garlic


Cover the  bowl of Molokhia and let it cooking on low heat for 3 

hours
before 3 hours add the  salt
When the oil floats on top of Molokhia  , then they are ready.

Tunisian Chicken Couscous

Couscous is Tunisian unofficial national dish. But it's more than just a staple food: for many families preparing and eating couscous is a ritual and a tradition that binds the generations together. In many ways, couscous is to Tunisia what pasta is to Italy it's not just food to put on the table, it's a centerpiece of family life. 

Ingredients

4-6 Chicken Thighs (or legs depending on your preference)
3 Medium potatoes peeled and cut into four
1 Can Chickpeas, drained
1 cup peas fresh or frozen (or broad beans or a mix of both)
2 medium onions sliced
2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
1 tbsp tomatoe puree
2 tsp harrissa paste
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Tumeric
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Corriander
1ltr Water
1 chicken stock cube
Olive Oil
500g medium couscous
Optional (Whole large green chillies)
Large saucepan which will fit a colander or steamer on top tightly.

To prepare the sauce, fry the chiken with the onion in the olive oil in the lower part of the keskes

for a few minutes. After the meat is browned, add the chickpeas, salt and black pepper, tomato paste, harissa, the kale, the carrots and the peppers. Add 500mls of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and continue to cook.

Once the sauce is preparing, put the couscous in the upper pot of the steamer and place over the sauce. Leave for 20 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the steam. The couscous should be sprinkled with water and fluffed up (by hand if it is not too hot) every few minutes, to remove any clumps. Add the dried fruit to the sauce and return the couscous to steam for a further 5 minutes.

Once the couscous and the vegetables are cooked, put the couscous in a large bowl and blend it with a tablespoon of olive oil or butter. Mix the sauce with the couscous to get a nice red combination. Season and serve in a large communal bowl

Ingredients:
Dough
3 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp milk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup corn oil
1 cup very warm water

1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion, minced
6 fingers canned sausage (hot dog) very finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 large tomato, chopped grain
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 cup cheese cups
1/2 cup ketchup
1 cup grated cheese Mozarilla
Way:
1. Dough: In a blender container Put flour, yeast, baking powder, sugar, milk, salt, oil and water, proved racket dough 4-5 minutes and my job to be able to get a smooth paste.
